Father-son duo Guy Ritchie and David Banda return to the director's house after sharing a meal with Madonna at her London home
It's been a difficult past year for Guy Ritchie and his family.
But things looked to be getting back to normal for the director, as he was seen heading to his London home with his adopted son David Banda on Monday.
The 47-year-old filmmaker was spotted leaving his ex-wife Madonna's home nearby with his son following accompanied by a nanny, after all having enjoyed a meal together.

Just another day in their lives: Guy Ritchie and his adopted son David Banda, who he shares with ex-wife Madonna, were seen returning to the director's London home on Monday
The daytime meal between the famous exes and one of their children is a sign that recent tensions between them have cooled down.
Snatch director Guy kept it casual in a pair of brown jeans teamed with a blue polo shirt, and he appeared in a good mood while pulling a funny face on his stroll back home.
David, meanwhile, showed off his sporting passion as he dressed head-to-toe in a Paris Saint-Germain football kit complete with jogging bottoms instead of shorts.
Walking alongside his nanny, the youngster carried a football in his hand, hinting that he and his dad would perhaps be enjoying a kickabout soon enough.
Going well? The 47-year-old director and his son reportedly spent two hours as Madonna's nearby London home, where they all enjoyed a meal together
Spending time in the UK: David, 10, was accompanied by a nanny as he left his mother's nearby home
A delivery man was seen bringing bags filled with goodies from Waitrose to Madonna's house before Guy arrived.
And it appears that Guy, David and Madonna enjoyed a meal together with the food from the supermarket, as they remained in the superstar singer's London abode for around two hours.
The close proximity of Guy and his ex-wife's homes - and the frequent visits between them - shows how things have moved on from the Rocco Ritchie dramas that blighted the family at the start of the year.

Good mood! Snatch director Guy appeared in a rather jovial mood, hinting that perhaps tensions between himself and his ex-wife have well and truly thawed
David, who was adopted by Madonna and Guy in 2006, was first seen flying over to the British capital with his 19-year-old sister Lourdes Leon (Madonna's daughter from her previous relationship with Carlos Leon) a couple of weeks ago.
As well as Lourdes, David is the brother of 15-year-old Rocco, whose father is Guy, and Mercy James, 10, who Madonna and Guy adopted in 2009.
He also has three half-siblings from his dad's side: Guy and Jacqui, 34, have four-year-old son Rafael, daughter Rivka, three, and two-year-old son Levi together.
Bye: Guy - who is married to stunning model Jacqui Ainsley, with whom he shares three children - was picked up by a pal and driven off
Getting back to normal: It has been a testing six months for Guy and Madonna, as their eldest son Rocco refused to return to the superstar singer in the US for months
David's arrival in London came as relations between Madonna and Guy appear to have thawed, following a prolonged custody dispute over their eldest natural child, Rocco.
Having left his mother's Rebel Hearts tour in December to spend time with his father in London, Rocco refused to return to New York where he had been living with his mother.
The prolonged custody argument appeared to subside in may when Madonna and Rocco were seen enjoying some time together in London, before the teen spent a week in New York at the start of the month before returning to his father's house in London.
After several months of drama - and Rocco refusing to return to his mother - it all came to a head in April with an emotional reunion between the teen and the Material Girl hitmaker.
Food for thought: Before Guy and David arrived at Madonna's house, a delivery man was seen lugging in Waitrose bags filled with goodies

She is even said to have thrown a house party for her son after they put aside the dispute that saw him move to the UK.
Rocco is thought to have chosen to live with his 'less strict' father and his new wife Jacqui, along with their three young children after his mother took away his phone, an act which insiders said 'pushed him over the edge'.
And, just days ago, the cheeky teen took a playful dig at his famous mother on Instagram with a meme.
The snap showed young boy smoking a cigar and toting a gun as he sits next to a table of alcohol.
'When your mum finally goes out and you can be yourself', the image caption read.
Getting back to normal: Madonna, 57, and her ex-husband Guy are currently living in close proximity to each other in London as they continue their court dealings over son Rocco
Ex-factor: The director and singer were married in 2000 and share three children together - Rocco, 15, and adopted children David, 10, and Mercy, 10 - although they separated in 2008
Though this may just have been a typically rebellious teenager post, the youngster's frustration could have been magnified by the custody battle over him that has been played out in the court room between his mum and dad.
The latest hearing in New York at the beginning of the month was delayed - as both sides appear to near a deal.
Madonna and Guy - who were married in 2000 but split in 2008 - were due to appear before a judge in Manhattan on Tuesday in the row over their son.
But hours before the hearing was due to take place it was adjourned. A spokesman for the Manhattan Supreme Court confirmed that it was put off 'on consent of all parties'.
A court officer said that the case had been 'put over for continued negotiation'.
The next date for the hearing has not been set but it is understood it will be in the coming days.
